The Way of Jesus Orphanage

In Carrefour, Haiti, vulnerable children face extreme hardship, political instability, and lack of daily nutrition. In 2015, Hope 53 Ministries embraced the Way of Jesus Orphanage as our core international mission, ensuring that these precious fatherless children know the protective love of Christ.

By the grace of God and our faithful donors, we provide continuous life support across four critical dimensions:

    Building secure concrete housing, clean filtration wells, and solar emergency lighting.

    Pediatric Medical Care & Daily Meals

    Daily hot meals, vitamin supplements, clean drinking water, and pediatric clinic visits.

    Christian Tutoring & Schooling

    Supplying Bibles, Creole/French textbooks, school uniforms, and dedicated Christian teachers.

Widow & Senior Family Relief

The Holy Scriptures command the church with absolute solemnity: "Honour widows that are widows indeed" (1 Timothy 5:3). Many elderly women in our rural communities have outlived their spouses and live alone on modest pensions while facing harsh winters and solitary days.

Hope 53 Ministries coordinates home visits, emergency winter heating assistance, holiday grocery baskets, and lawn maintenance for elderly widows across Kentucky. Most importantly, we bring the Word of God, holding their hands in prayer and letting them know they are cherished daughters of the King.

Youth Ministry & Philanthropy Scholarships

"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also." — 2 Timothy 2:2

The future of the gospel witness depends upon godly young men and women prepared to enter full-time pastoral ministry, Christian school teaching, and foreign mission fields. Hope 53 Ministries grants higher education scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Lincoln County, Kentucky and surrounding regions who have committed their lives to Christian vocational service.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduating Christian seniors enrolling in accredited Bible colleges, Christian universities, or seminary preparatory programs.

Application Cycle

Applications open each Spring. Candidates submit their pastoral letter of recommendation and personal testimony of calling.
