When Someone Is Lost, They Need to Hear: "God Is with You. Everything Will Be Okay."

Across America, millions of believers are struggling in quiet desperation. A spouse has walked away, an illness has struck, a job was lost, or anxiety has clouded their spiritual walk. They are not seeking clinical psychotherapy, legal counsel, or complex psychiatry.

You designate the days and hours you are available to receive calls—whether 5 hours per week or 25 hours. You answer calls in a quiet room from your mobile phone or landline.

Listen, Reassure & Pray

Calls are securely routed to you without revealing your private telephone number. You listen with patience, speak reassuring words from Scripture, and lift the caller in closing prayer.

Receive Your Compensation

We honor the biblical command that those who minister the Word are supported. Listeners receive a regular, agreed-upon hourly or session stipend paid securely twice a month.

Qualifications & Sacred Boundaries

Because we minister to the fragile and hurting, our workers must uphold the highest standards of Christian integrity.

✠ Characteristics of the Christian Encourager

  • • A sincere, personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
  • • Familiarity with scripture, especially verses of comfort, peace, and hope.
  • • Deep patience: willing to listen 80% of the time and speak gentle words 20%.
  • • A calm, mature spirit that does not argue, criticize, or judge.
  • • Absolute discretion and sacred confidentiality regarding all caller details.

  • • Peer Spiritual Care Only: We do not provide clinical psychiatric therapy or medical advice.
  • • No Solicitation: Listeners may never ask callers for money, personal gifts, or private business transactions.
  • • Crisis Escalation: If a caller reveals intent of self-harm or violence, listeners immediately follow our script to provide the 988 lifeline.
  • • Privacy Masking: Both the caller and listener remain protected with masked telephone numbers.
